POLICIES
At Raven Metals we try to do things "simple". That includes returns and warranties. We don't sell your information- that is YOUR information. Here are our policies:
RETURNS
Returns are easy, if you are not satisfied with any of our products, just return it. Ship it back to us with your order number as a reference. If its not damaged, we will give you a full refund (minus shipping cost). If the product is damaged, we will send you pictures of the damage and deduct the cost of repair from the refund. We can't take back food products, so if your not happy, let us know- we will get you a refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the product, the return window is 15 days of receiving the product We can not take back any custom products. WARRANTY
Warranty on our grills is also simple. 3 years on the finish of the grill. Using grill cleaners and other harsh chemicals on the finish of the grill voids the warranty. Letting the coals touch the outside edges of the grill (the sides) will void the warranty unless otherwise specified. All stainless steel parts have a life-time warranty, non transferable. You must be able to give the serial number and name to claim warranty. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
